Çetin Başaranhıncal, President of Çorum Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ÇTSO), visited Akyol Deri, which started production in the Organized Industrial Zone.
During the visit, which was also attended by TSO Board Member Muharrem Sarıaslan and council members Zafer Çeliker, Mesut Doğan and Mustafa Ertürk, TSO President Çetin Başaranhıncal thanked company owners Kadir Akyol and
İsa Akyol for their investment in Çorum.Akyol Leather Owners Kadir Akyol and İsa Akyol said that they moved the leather belt production, which they had previously carried out in the Industrial Site, to the Organized Industrial Zone.
Stating that they continue some of their production activities in the workshop in the Industrial Site, the company owners said, “As Akyol Leather, we only produce leather belts. We sell the belts we produce both to the domestic market and to the foreign market as exports. We also have the goal of establishing a leather tannery where we can do rawhide processing.”

TSO President Çetin Başaranhıncal said that the industry of Çorum has diversified with new investments. Stating that the variety of products produced reflects the production skills of the province, Başaranhıncal said, “Our factory started its activities at a time when our country was struggling with various problems. For this reason, it is much more valuable than a normal investment for us. Our country will develop with such investments.”
Başaranhıncal added that as the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, they are always with the producers.
